We are looking for an experienced and skilled Crane Supervisor to join our team for a long-term project in Isleworth - London. As a Crane Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of cranes and Digger machine on the project site, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating crane and digger machine operations on the project site
Conducting pre-use checks and ensuring that cranes and digger machine are properly maintained and inspected
Monitoring the performance of crane and digger machine operators and providing guidance where necessary
Ensuring that all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring that appropriate safety measures are in place
Liaising with other members of the site team to ensure that crane operations are coordinated with other activities on the site
Maintaining accurate records of crane operations, including lifting plans and safety documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor on construction projects
Relevant certification and qualifications, including a CPCS card
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe lifting practices
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
